Throughout this period, Lyndon has travelled to Mumbai twice to tutor Osteopathic students alongside Indian physiotherapists and renowned surgeons. Whilst working in an allied health system he learned the value of pre and post surgical treatment, and when surgery is warranted.

Lyndon chose to follow the path of Osteopathy based on his family history of holistic health. He values the importance of the individual as a whole and each factor that can contribute to a persons health situation.

Lyndon’s enthusiastic nature and strong belief in Osteopathy allows him to tailor his approach to the individual with the goal of getting people back into what they love to do most. This is achieved with a thorough diagnosis, a variety of Osteopathic techniques, and a specific management plan to optimise the overall health of the individual. He believes in giving the knowledge and tools to the individual to empower them for self management.

He has also worked with Elsternwick football club as a sports trainer where he learned how to manage acute injuries and rehabilitation. Additionally, he tutored anatomy at RMIT university to further his in depth knowledge into the human body.

After experiencing Sydney Lyndon always considered Melbourne home, and over the recent years has been expanding his knowledge and experience with The Osteopaths of Heidelberg and City Osteopathy. Now, he has landed back in his home town Healesville. He loves to experience the arts and food culture with a passion for cooking himself.
